All treatments require a patch test 48 hours - 14 days before (this can be done at your consultation). NO new treatments will be carried out without a patch test.
Courses must be used within 3 years of purchase.
No refunds can be given after the purchase of any treatment, if you want to discontinue a course part way though, the sessions completed can be deducted from the course at the full price of each single treatment cost and a credit note can be given towards another treatment.
